I am 55 yrs and love my heels but I got my right knee cartilage damages, so when walking in high heel I feel the pressure of the knee joints compressded together. So because Im no longer able to wear the high heel, Ill take my change in the kitten heels, I guess it wouldn't be bad like in those 2 or 3 inch heels.

What makes heels comfortable is that the sole is flexible and the fit is secure to your foot (like lace up or straps)-Look at dance/ballroom heels. These aren’t cute and clearly don’t have a flexible sole-It’s a no for me.
